Beautiful luxury villa with all amenities. We spent a wonderful weekend here and enjoyed ourselves.

Wonderful days in a house with everything you could wish for.

Stunning house; it smells wonderful when you walk in. Everything is there and very clean. It feels like a really warm holiday home. Quiet surroundings and a supermarket within walking distance. And the direct contact with the owner is great.

This place makes you feel at home.

Great house with excellent facilities, centrally located. Induction hob, microwave and steam oven, two large fridges and even an ice-cube compartment. Board games or cookbooks: everything is there. Highly recommended.

Perfect stay for 8 people in 4 double rooms, each with its own bathroom!

So lovely to arrive at a warm house after a cold walk! A drink and a snack were ready too. Ideal that every bedroom has its own bathroom.

A very nice house in a lovely place, and yet calm. Everything was there. The kitchen in particular was absolutely great!

We had a great time at Ben’s house. Very nice, high-quality furnishings, and you can see that a lot of thought went into what guests need on holiday. Communication was very good and Ben was always available for questions.

Beautiful accommodation surrounded by water. Many seating options around the house. We felt completely comfortable.

The house is lovingly furnished and extremely well equipped: capsule and filter coffee, microwave, air fryer, waffle iron, food processors… it’s easier to list what’s missing: nothing! Great terrace, good barbecue. Each bedroom has its own en-suite, plus a guest toilet. Great for 2 families or 4 couples.

Wonderful stay! The house is modern, bright and equipped with every comfort. What makes it unique is the canal right in front of the window. It’s also very close to the water, ideal for a beach walk. Communication was smooth and everything was taken care of down to the last detail. We’ll definitely be back!

Enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property! It was the perfect place for our extended family as each bedroom had an en suite. It was very clean and well stocked. Great location on the canal with restaurants and grocery store an easy walk.

Everything was very good. We loved it — highly recommended.

Very well located, this property was perfect for our needs. We rode e-bikes up to Workum via Hindeloopen — a very nice ride we would strongly recommend. The property itself is ultra-nice and very clean. Ben has thought of everything; he is a thoughtful and helpful owner. And the artwork inside is a big plus. Thank you, Ben!
